Bad All I don't like nothing in the Hotel
Bad The entire hotel was dirty. Especially, breakfast area. I could hardly sleep. The bathroom had brown stains in it.
Underwhelming The heater for the pool was broken. I specifically booked this hotel for the pool!! Extremely disappointing. Temperature controls for the room were broken, it was too cold and we couldn't do anything. The main door to our room didn't unlock properly, was a struggle to get into the room. The bathroom in the room had a broken lock. The sofa bed was so uncomfortable and the linen for it way too worn and scratchy. For the money, I was dissatisfied. Disappointing There weren’t enough blankets and sheets for the sofa bed, when the room was advertised for 4 people, plus it says the bed was a king and that bed was not a king, the pool was closed 2 days of the four of our stay, I choose that hotel because of the pool. Location and the shuttle that take you to NY

horrifying I didn’t like anything about the property. The room was disgusting. We slept there one night with our clothes on and hats on our heads. The room was so old and dirty. His sofa bed was disgusting and look like they brought it in from off the street. The bedding look like it came from a secondhand store. Furniture was broken and rusted. I would never stay there ever again in my life. absolutely nothing that place was disgusting
