It was a fair stay, could of been better Broken Elevator, Broken key card door lock, I had to go the lobby constantly to get the card change, and the heater in room 810 was also broke. That room needs an upgrade It’s near many stores and restaurant, Great breakfast!
NYE nightmare at La Quinta Hotel New Jersey Lobby mostly understaffed -- 2 elevators and 1 was broken down mostly the whole time of our 4 day stay "the other was constantly being monitored by hotel guest to stay under 5 riders at anytime //the sink in our room #619 bathroom was clogged during our entire stay despite the efforts of staff to unclog during this time /// No pillows or bedding available for sleeper Sofa for myself the scheduled 3rd person //garbage cans in entrance -lobby- and throughout hotel constantly overflow... read more
Disappointing
Bad the doors weren’t secure we had to change rooms because of a broken door. The new room we received had a strong odor of drug use coming through the vents. when I called to report this the receptionist said if she doesn’t see it it didn’t happen!! I was in a room with my 10month old and 9yr old!!! Completely unacceptable the location

Not an honest property! the front desk lied throughout our stay. I had two hotels I was looking at in the area one would have been about 600 cheaper but this one had a pool and my youngest lives pools. I called two days before to verify pool was opened to decide which one I wanted and they told me yes so I chose La Quinta. On arrival was told us was closed that afternoon for maintenance but would open the next day. This was the standard line through the stay promise of it opening the next day. nightmare hotel, zero star rating. Stay away! First 2 rooms provided had leaking toilets. we found drugs in room 2. light bulbs out. facilities closed. absolutely horror show of a hotel. I don’t know who gave them a 3 star rating. worst than a motel. we did not like anything about this property.
