I have stayed in much better hotels for away less money Breakfast was very basic The room was not clean, the carpet was dirty, the furniture was old and and fully depreciated.. One of the air conditioners was not blowing cold air and was full of dust, it made everyone sneeze in the room, we had to turn it off… The bus picking up from across the hotel was convenient

Bad We did not get to stay there. When we got to the hotel at 11:30 at night, even though we had reservations no one was there, the staff just left the property and we could not check in. Called another LaQuinta and they had no opening could not get through to an emergency number and could not help us. Had to find a last minute hotel for our family of four... Not fun after being extremely tired from Walking around NY City all day...

Fair Breakfast wasn't included and when I asked for a refund they didn't want to accommodate and help me. Very unorganized. Also, there needs to be a pool limit, we kept going every hour and the same people were taking up the whole pool.
