Fair Asked for cream for my coffee, was told no cream, as well as other staff members seem like they didn't want to be there, pool location. Carpets dirty and odor. Only 1 of staff members was plesent at check in.

Horibble My credit cards were accessed without my authorization! The hotel claimed they accidentally refunded my accommodation payment after I paid by point of sale. When I contacted my bank in their presence, the bank confirmed that no reversal was made. Despite this, they kept trying to charge my card three more times, which led to my card being blocked and me losing access to it. Não pretendo me hospedar nesse hotel em outra oportunidade. Da limpeza do quarto e dos problemas de falta manutenção no banheiro. Os alisares das portas estão quebrados em sua bases e, considero inaceitável o carpete não ser varrido todos os dias. O mau cheiro que vem do carpete denota a urgente necessidade de ser trocado.
