Bad, don't stay if you want clean room and fresh air The hotel was smelling so bad, the lobby and hallways was smelling like it is smoke every where. The carpet was very dirty. Although it said that hotel is non smoking, but entire floor lobby (I was on 2nd floor) and room was smelling. Its difficult to breath. Very less option for breakfast. No bread, only small bagel. Receptionist are always away from desk, we have to wait or knock the window or ask someone about receptionist. It was definitely not worth money we spend for... read more

disappointing The hotel is not near from sawgrass shopping mall, walking to the mall takes about an hour, they don’t accept cash and they don’t do the cleaning of the rooms. unbelievable and the staff is not very friendly at least the guy that checked me in. very disappointing.

it was not pleasant the room was wet and smelled like mold. both beds and rugs seemed as if they were not dry, very gross. close to where we needing to be
