Dissatisfied Staff was rude bugs in the room, hallways smell like Marijuana. Old and smelly rooms. Staff opened up our hotel door without are permission while my family and me were sleeping in the room. Manger was very rude and nasty to us. Stay away from this hotel unless you want a bad experience and dirty rooms. Nothing

You get what you pay for Cleanliness, breakfast, another guest given the same room as myself waking me up as if someone was trying to break in. Fire alarms going off at 6am. 2 days in a row. Comfortable bed.

We do not charge twice. One charge just authorized and second will deduct from your account. Authorized money will go back to your card automatically in 3 to 5 days. Sometimes it take longer as it’s international bank. The review really hurt us. We will take care of the charge if we did twice but for that you gave 1 point?
