Lousy This facility was dirty!
Not good! 1. First room assigned on the 4th floor smelled of smoke even though it was a nine smoking room. 2. 2nd room assigned on the 7th floor had urinal odor the moment we walked in. So bad we had to purchase an air freshener to spend time in that room. Staff was courteous and helpful
Good Our room had a terrible smell which we didn't notice st first because when we got to room window was wide open. It was obviously because they knew the room smelled horrible like electrical or burnt food? We weren't sure.
We won’t stay there again when we pass through Tacoma. I like to watch tv in bed. I do wear hearing aids, but my husband doesn’t. Between the noise from the freeway and the trains (they have ear plugs for guests at the front desk) and the tv volume that was set too low, and couldn’t be increased, we couldn’t hear it. There were few channels anyway. There was plenty of Fox propaganda, but no MSNBC. (CNN doesn’t count and we wouldn’t stay there again for that reason alone). Close to the fun but dingy rooms for too much money. There were hairs in our bedding, the evening reception staff was rude and impatient, lights bulbs were out in the room, one elevator going up for a large hotel. Walking Distance to the Tacoma Dome, Continental Breakfast was well stocked, clean with friendly staff waiting to help. The dining and reception area was clean and updated.
It is good for a short visit There were no eggs, everything tasted old and they took the food away too early. They said breakfast is into 12 but they take the food away at 10? Makes no sense. There was no mix in the waffle machine. The pillows were comfortable
it was ok. the city needs to clean up the area. Needs to have the elevator serviced. It was slow and kept getting stuck. Security guards need to know how to talk to guest, not to be unprofessional to guests. New sheets on bed they were all stained The lounge was great.
Okay Nous avons aimés les autre Hotels "La Quinta Suite" donc les chambres sont en générale grande et aérées mais pas dans celui ci. Pour un Hotel Suite : Vue sur l'environnement pas agréable, chambre avec plafond bas et brouillante par le chauffage qui souffle directement vers le lit, toute vaisselle en plastique, petit déjeuner à désirer, petite salle de bain pas nettoyée correctement ! Someone may wanna follow up on this... The bathroom water was brown our entire stay and our door kept opening in the middle of the night.
