Would not stay here again Cleanliness was an issue in the hallways of our level (4) as well as in our room Staff was friendly

Pleasant Very sketchy area, not walkable area full of vagrants. We were on 5th floor and heard yelling from street all night long.

Poor Everything The facility was terrible, the food was bland, and the service was bad.

Disappointing!. The biscuits were so hard that the gravy didn't even soften them. Nothing else offered except waffles. The boiled eggs were good.

My stay was ok. Didn’t really care for the location of the hotel. Did not care for the breakfast. The front lobby area was a comfortable area with a lot of room to visit with family and co workers

Very Disappointing check In procedure The booking did not show up on the system , it took the lady on the counter 45 minutes to check us in and this was at 11 pm at night. Finally after calling booking.com we got help from them. The Reception lady was very poorly trained , her understanding to look for a 3rd party booking was very poor. Very disappointing experience , at that late hour , after a long flight from the east coast. The location for us worked out

Other than slow service in the restaurant, my stay was satisfactory. Ate dinner in the restaurant and although the waitress was very nice, everything took forever to get. Wasn’t crowded at all, so it didn’t make sense? Ordered a salad, so you think that would have come quickly, but it took close to 20 minutes?

Not good! 1. First room assigned on the 4th floor smelled of smoke even though it was a nine smoking room. 2. 2nd room assigned on the 7th floor had urinal odor the moment we walked in. So bad we had to purchase an air freshener to spend time in that room. Staff was courteous and helpful
