Overpriced, although other guests seemed to have a better price when booked closer to their stay. Neighbourhood is sketchy, nor any restaurants nearby. Hotel restaurant/room service closes at 10pm. The sheets in our pull-out couch in our room hadn't been changed but with a staff apology, it was done the following morning. Check in and front desk staff were great. Location was easy to locate off the freeway. Breakfast and restaurant area great. Fresh coffee 24/7 in the lobby.

Disappointing Friendly staff. On previous visits I loved this hotel. This trip was unbelievable. Every day a problem. We got in at midnight to find our bathtub had NOT been cleaned! I used a wash cloth to wipe it out so I could take a quick shower. The wash cloth was filthy because of that tub! The door lock did not work. The sink leaked...really. Disappointing The hotel is old, dirty and loud. The bathtub looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks. Dog hair all over the carpet. The proximity to the Tacoma Dome is the only thing redeeming for this hotel. The property is within 15 min walking distance.

Poor
Great kids place with free breakfast and a pool! Same generic hotel room you get everywhere. Cheap Redone finishes to cover aging hotel. The beds were really comfortable. Otherwise just an average 3 star hotel. My kids loved it! They loved breakfast filled with carbs and the swimming pool with a hot tub. It fit the bill for a one night stay while traveling through Tacoma on to home.

The windows on the side of the building facing the highway need to be upgraded to eliminate noise. The first night I was on the 7th floor on the side of the building which faces the highway and the noise in the vehicle noise in the room was totally unacceptable.
