Bad I will never ever stay here again just off of the experience I had with the staff members

Poor I didn't appreciate being charged a room deposit TWICE because we stayed over a extra night... The room was ok but not great and was missing essential things like shampoo conditioner and a working fan in the bathroom. The room was big.

Pleasant Limited hours of restaurant and especially lounge. After a big concert and being a holiday Valentine’s Day it would have been nice to end the night with a cocktail in the lounge but it closed at 10pm. Very disappointing. Nice and clean. Friendly staff

Thank you for your review. I am sorry you did not see our flyers about Valentines Day hours. We usually close at 10pm but we actually stayed open after midnight for the people that came back from the concert. If you come again to a concert, we usually stay open later for concert nights. Pleasant Proximité avec highway = bruit incessant 24/24 mais la réception donne des boules quies Hotel propre. Très grande chambre. Restaurant à disposition. Petit déjeuner complet

Poor The noise from the truck stop was on going all night, the mattress was sunk in was very uncomfortable, woke up with a sore back. Breakfast buffet was not a buffet was disappointed. Staff was good
