Fair Location, rooms weren’t as nice as we expected and found them to be pretty dirty The staff was very nice and the lobby was very pretty!

Don't stay We were over charged on both my account and my husband. Our room had handprints on the headboards and the shower till had hair in the drain. When I approached staff about it they stated one card didn't go through and the other was a previous card for booking. The room got cleaned when we were gone but no apologies. Hotel also wouldn't do anything about replacing the money. Thankfully our bank is helping with a fraud charge. Will not use this hotel again. I like that is was an easy drive to the hospital

Disappointing Lamps flickered. Shower screeched. Window was dirty. TV apps did not work. Outside noise loud. Continental breakfast was good. Staff was kind.

Will not book again unless deposit requirement is dropped. DO NOT appreciate a $50 damage deposit charge on credit card. We'll see how fast it takes to reimburse. In the mean time, I will NOT book at this or any other hotel that levies a similar deposit. Reasonable rates

Being a full service hotel with a restaurant and lounge and mini mart, it simplifies services for our guests to be able to charge to their room, and we like to be consistent. horrible had my parents in the lobby for a HOUR , waiting on their room. After my 3rd phone call because for some reason no one can get me a manager to talk too and kept hanging up on me, they got on the phone and told me that my parents have finally been checked in. yet still no manager. no apology was given as well as they wouldn't take my complaint because the room wasn't for me.

I am so sorry. We usually always have a manager available to assist you. I am sorry one was not available when you needed assistance. I apologize that your parents were not able to check in right away when they arrived. We sell most nights and try to clean the rooms as quickly as possible to allow guests to check in as soon as they can. Please tell them we are sorry, and thank you for staying with us. JB - GM

Okay Smoking out the front entrance, the bathroom had tooth paste in the sink, loud music and noisy neighbors until 4:00 A.m I called the front desk at 2:30A.M. The location close to the dome, and freeway

Will never stay here again First of all, you increased the room price by almost 100% when Bob Seger announced his return concert after his February date was cancelled. At the time I booked the room, the posted room rate for the night before (Sept 19) was $124. I know that rates change depending on the day of the week, and I fully understand the concept of supply and demand, but this was highway robbery. The hotel was definitely not worth $273.00.
