Upon arrival, the check-in person/desk clerk immediately told me I did not have a reservation and then attempted to move me on in order to wait on the next person - no long line, just one person behind me. A second clerk (very friendly) came to the front desk and found the reservation made through Expedia and found us a room. She said they have had problems with Expedia reservations since they changed to Wyndham. The property was under renovation and I was not made aware of this at booking.

Disappointed with the King Suite. Possibly being renovated but should not have had this room available. Curtains looked like tablecloths. Door slammed loud each time. Sofa looked like a futon. 2 washers only 1 worked. Dryer took 2 cycles and still didn’t dry clothes. Out of Coffee by 9:30am

Location was convenient, We were on the first floor which I do not recommend. People were roaming the halls all night long. Management was not controlling the noise level at all in fact they were allowing it. Rooms were clean.

Prime location, but not very clean. Coffee was cold and staff members weren’t all dressed professionally.

Called ahead about the hot tub and was told that it was in working condition but when we got there it was not. Management kept telling us that it would be operational the next day but never was. After 4 nights we checked out and went some place else.

Not up to the standards of other La Quinta's. May be OK for one night but not 3-4 days. Needs upgraded.
