Walk into room and dog wet dog smell really bad. Cigarette burns on bathroom sink.
I did not realize they are in the middle of renovations, so everything was kind of a mess. I’m not sure if my room had been remodeled, but it certainly had not been swept recently. We also had the misfortune of being in a room near the pool while an entire baseball team was staying at the same hotel. The pool was supposed to close at 10:00, but we heard guests long after that. We could also hear the guests in the hallways and through the walls. The staff was polite, but seemed overworked.
The shower head was dirty, the bottom of the bathtub was peeling like it had been painted, and there were no pillows upon entering the room for the first time.
Air conditioning didn’t work in my room

Very old hotel. Shower had spots where the enamel was pulled off. Toilet seal was broken and it moved around a bit on the floor. No hangers in the closet. Staff was helpful.
Do not stay at this hotel if Customer Service is a priority to you. Repeated requests for full cleaning of the room were ignored despite the fact of being repeatedly assured by a the desk clerk that it would happen the next day. Manager is rarely on site and never when I was looking for him. Also, the bed we slept on was extremely uncomfortable. TV in the sitting area was non-functional. only reason i booked was supposed to have a washer and dryer service inside the hotel, upon arrival it did not...and had to go to work with dirty clothes
I reserved a Deluxe room, they gave me a standard room
