The staff was super unprofessional. Waited for help for almost 30 mins each time. And when he finally made it to the desk, one time he was wearing clothes that couldn’t even be identified that he worked there with ear buds in. My room had bugs, and smelled like mildew. The bathroom was filthy. And the other guy that worked the front desk, if I couldn’t find him, I knew he would be in a room on the 2nd floor. The rooms are clean but the daily service is lacking. Ice machine on our floor did not work. The machine on the next floor looked like it came out of a rock quarry it was covered in so much dirt and dust. This is a dog friendly hotel and we heard quite a bit of barking during our stay. I would not choose this hotel again.
Still in the process of repairing from last winters freeze up.

Not ready for occupancy This property is under renovations with only the lobby area updated. There was safety issue of doors sticking and not closing all the way, no gym available nor the option to go to a sister property facility, and our tv had 8 circular lights on the tv during viewing.
At check in I was told this property was under construction. That information should be available at booking, not at check in.
They failed to notify on their site that the property has very bad water damage on both the first and second floors. Building is currently being remodeled and smells like mold. The white sheets in my room had a stain of some sort, and they never replaced the sheets like they said they would. I paid $140 for a room that was maybe a $50 value. The property was under major construction. EXPEDIA did not note that when I booked the room and didn't find out until 2-3 hours before check in. We were given authorization to contact Expedia and cancel, but we couldn't find another room close to our destination. So we stuck it out with the La Quinta. Sheet rock dust everywhere, plastic on all the floor, leaking toilet, doors with apparent water damage (mold and rot).
