Only a one night stay The property is in major need of a remodel. You can tell is is very worn.

I wasn’t impressed It was ok. I was able to check in early. There’s a few things I’d like to mention. I noticed that the patio chairs do not have cushions. They didn’t have any bags for clean up after your pet. In the kitchen, the service is horrible. The heavy set Hispanic lady acted like it was her food. She was really slow in putting the food out. She reacted like the food was for her. Extremely rude!

The card key quit twice and I was on the third floor and would have to go back downstairs. I asked for a late check out for my son playing baseball and they could not accommodate....disappointing.

I will work with my front desk in having them programed properly. As for the late check out, we usually try to accommodate everyone's needs. Unfortunate under a full house situation, late checkouts are hard to accommodate. I can understand how frustrating and disappointing it can be. I really hope we can make it up to you one day.
Beds and pillows too hard. Toilet did not flush well. Either wouldn't fill up with enough water to flush, or shot water out of the bowl when flushing.

The elevator was broken, had to carry our luggage up three flights of stairs and my wife's knee was hurt.

The only issues was the elevator never worked. My room was on the third floor. I would not recommend anyone because of the reason.

Close to Shopping I’m not a Pet Owner , so for me it’s like staying in Dog Kennel !

There was no Safe in the room. Really didn't like fact the room was joined to another room with a door separating us form strangers. Dint think we were peronoid But the lock on that joining our room looked as if the neighbors was curiously forcing the lock. I think there should have been a lock on our side to make us feel safe! THE beds could be a little more updated. Pillows were extemly soft. Overall.kept Hotel was very clean

Terrible night - hardly slept Pros: nothing Cons: cleanliness and repairs Location: We went for TRF. For starters, the bathroom floor had not been swept. The Kleenex box was stuck to the counter. The shower curtain was broken and it would not stay closed. So, I had to keep closing it and then wipe down the floor when I was done because water kept getting out.
