This was the first time we have traveled with our dogs and liked the fact that La Qunits is et friendly, I will stay agin at other la Quinta. What we di not like was how dirty our bathroom was and it just turned us off from the experience.

Good service, meh hotel Junky lighting, smelly heating units, tv didn't work. Felt sorry for the very helpful front desk lady. Only so much she could do.

The employee working at the check-in desk was not friendly and refused to give the total amount we were being charged, she said it would be around $150. She said we would have to contact Expedia to get the amount we were being charged and a receipt, BUT SHE SWIPED OUR CREDIT CARD and wouldn’t tell us the amount?!! This makes NO SENSE! I wasn’t impressed It was ok. I was able to check in early. There’s a few things I’d like to mention. I noticed that the patio chairs do not have cushions. They didn’t have any bags for clean up after your pet. In the kitchen, the service is horrible. The heavy set Hispanic lady acted like it was her food. She was really slow in putting the food out. She reacted like the food was for her. Extremely rude!

The card key quit twice and I was on the third floor and would have to go back downstairs. I asked for a late check out for my son playing baseball and they could not accommodate....disappointing.

I will work with my front desk in having them programed properly. As for the late check out, we usually try to accommodate everyone's needs. Unfortunate under a full house situation, late checkouts are hard to accommodate. I can understand how frustrating and disappointing it can be. I really hope we can make it up to you one day.
Beds and pillows too hard. Toilet did not flush well. Either wouldn't fill up with enough water to flush, or shot water out of the bowl when flushing.

The elevator was broken, had to carry our luggage up three flights of stairs and my wife's knee was hurt.
