My stay at this hotel did not meet my expectations; it is furnished well but needs repairs. The hotel looked liked it needed better repairs; the border at the bottom of the elevator was not fixed very well, it looked like there had been water damage in the bathroom, and there was a soft spot in the floor in the bathroom from what seems to be water damaged floor boards. There were also areas that needed to be swept or mopped better. The bed was comfortable and the room was well furnished. The check-in process was fairly easy.

even with a sentence it will not sum up my stay kids were running rampant on our second floor hallway and loud even with that I have to wait 14 days for 2, 50 dollar deposits since I had 2 rooms and no towels or toiletries or the room was not done after my family and I went about our business Saturday when we returned no towels were replenished or toiletries and room was not even made no signs stating rooms were done on day of departure location was good

Disappointing
Not good. We did not get the room that was advertised on line. The chair at the computer table was missing and I informed them and they never brought one up. I borrowed one from the conference room. The WiFi for the customers was never up for more than 30 minutes straight while we were there 5 days. I had to use my phone for a hot spot. Our room only got cleaned once while we were there. The location was great and the breakfast was passable.

I spoke with the manager about having five people in one room. He said it was no problem with the pull out couch and a r The common areas and the room had a bad odor. The entire property was very worn and needed updating. Convenient location.

Read before you book Bed are not comfortable they need to update beds. Light in the bathroom, not bright, had a bad smell when you came off the elevator. Also, the TV stand was broken and remote didn't want to work very well. The price should be less . Didn't like it at all

Fair The parking lot is a bad design. Elevator smelled like grease bad. The toilet leaked everytime we flushed. N breakfast open at 7am, that is stupid.
