Disappointing room wasn't clean, dust on tables and floor dirt and plastic utensils on floor under edge of the bed I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past few months, visiting due to father's health issues. This was by far the worst experience I have had. Room wasn't clean. Staff was rude. I will consider a different hotel for my next trip home. convenience

Pleasant Breakfast was one of the worst I’ve had yet. Gravy was a watery soupy mess. Eggs were so bland and rubbery. Rooms had thin walls. Noise in hallways easily heard and footsteps above loud. Check-in was extremely slow. 5 deep with only 1 lady checking in. Then when I was finally being checked in she had to answer the phone 3 times - the lady keeping me waiting almost 10 min as she took a complaint calls. Noisy housekeepers. The housekeepers were outrageously loud. Slamming doors and yelling back and forth to each other. Also, the tv never worked. I was able to get a room on top floor where I hoped it would be quieter because I was working night shift and slept in the daytime.

I would not use your hotel again for the reasons above. Dirty fork left on the floor. Dead bugs on the floor of the closet. Top of table between beds dirty. Drawers had a bit of trash in them and were not wiped out. A lot of noise from room above us. The air conditioner was very loud. We were across from elevator,noisy. The breakfast was gross. Biscuits seemed to be old and the eggs tasted gross.

Disappointing
Acceptable but not likely to return. The party that went on Saturday night was much too loud for our rest. It did end at 10 pm but the evening was ruined by the walls vibrating with the music. The outside grounds are dirty and if I owned the hotel I would at least have the grass mowed, the shrubs trimmed and the cigarette butts swept up.
