Disappointed Nobody at the desk to check in. No internet, it was broken. No refund for broken internet. TV didn't work. Wasn't offered a receipt at checkout. Good shower pressure, decent breakfast.

Fair I woke up at 3:00 am...and it was hot in the room and no fan was blowing... I made my way to the unit under the window..it was off. The small door was off & on the window sill...the unit, whole front was very broken and came off easily. I put it back together & pushed the button on the plug & it re-starts... I go back to bed.. It is near SAGU, a college my grand-daughter attends

Meh. It was under construction. The girl at the counter basically ignored me for 5 minutes while she was on the phone. She could not answer my question about food delivery services. There was an outdoor uplight glared right into my window. The room was recently remodeled but the workmanship was shoddy. Breakfast was good.

Very Poor The staff was dishonest. They charged my debit card after I paid cash for the room. I had to make a fraud claim with my bank after explaining to the management the number of ways I could and would prove what they had done. Nothing

If you're going to have pets in the hotel they need to be designated to one area so people can sleep The walls are paper-thin, there is a dog barking all night long absolutely no sleep and no one answering the phones at front desk! It was so bad someone opened a door from down the hallway and yelled shut that f***ing dog up. The whole floor was aggravated. Forgettable Staff checked me into a room that was already occupied. Then the keys to the second room did not work, then the air conditioner did not work, nor did the TV.

Not worth it. Room smelled like smoke, sink was clogged, hot tub broken, pool looked nice but staff said they hadn't cleaned it since October and to use at our own risk, room was dated and slightly dirty, sheets were clean but worn from washing. Needs to be cleaned, updated and repaired and staff replaced. Only two out of over five people were apologetic or somewhat helpful but by then we were checking out and it was too late. Awful experience
