Stay was very disappointing! The staff was rude. The rooms were a lot smaller than what it showed and dirty. The comforter on the bed was stained. Housekeeping didn’t clean our room for two days. Walls are very thin and you can hear everything. There was no breakfast when we went downstairs. We told the front desk and we waited about 20 minutes before deciding to go eat somewhere else. Fair Front desk person missing both at check in and out. I waited at least 15 minutes to check in and they never did show up when I checked out. I Nice clean property, good location. Room was quiet.

Fine but I just wanted some coffee and taking a bath was impossible. Coffee pot in the room was missing carafe and no coffee cups. Breakfast was cold and gross. No coffee cups available in breakfast area either. Bathtub in room wouldn't plug for a bath, and also part of the faucet kept falling off the wall. Poop was nice. Liked the look of the room

This vacation was a cluster of problems staying here. See above The staff checked us in slowly. Gave me keys to room 207. Went to 207 & someone was already booked into that room. Went back to desk was put into room 307. Keys would not work. Back to desk for more keys. Left my pillow on bed in 207. Desk just gave me a key to 207 without an escort. Good thing I'm honest. Paid for 2 nights but when we went out & returned, our keys did not work. Girl said we paid for 1 night. I will NEVER stay at this location again.

Disappointed! For a LaQuinta! After checking in & going to our room the A/C was Not working properly, it was warm. Couldn’t adjust it as controls were Not working. Maintenance came & fixed it. Came in late that night & the Keys didn’t work. Wanted to shower & the tub lever would Not work! Couldn’t pull it up. The breakfast bar was not clean, there was spilled syrup & waffle mix all over counter, no one cleaned it up! Coffee was good, bed was clean & Comfortable.

Okay Nobody spoke good English and nobody had a sense of urgency. Breakfast was not the greatest. Every morning same thing. No variety. Close to shopping and SRF. Price was decent.

One of the worst hotel experiences we've ever had. Poor service. Dirty. Smelly. The room type we reserved (suite) was "overbooked" so put in a inferior non-suite room with no offer of a discount for their screw-up. The new room was next to someone playing loud music. Then moved to yet another room that had a smoke-like smell. So check-in took a full 45 minutes as a result. Room dirty. Refrigerator not cold. Whole place appears very cheaply constructed.
