We stayed 6 days. So we saw a lot and experienced a lot. We wanted to find a hotel we could stay reg Staff at front desk need to have professional manners. They seem very inexperienced. Our room when it was refreshed did not get the sink washed, the in room coffee machine had mold in it the shower curtain had mold. They would not leave toilet paper nor cups. They left the dirty towels on the floor. Needs a lot of work in your personnel.
Pleasant Arrive to the property at 12:45 am prior calling to let then know that I was having a/c problem Talk with the staff on duty on July 7th to see if I could change my arrive time . Excellent Being by the Pool. The Door SLAMMING all day late at night and Early in the morning!! It was very disturbing!! My husband is a Vet and the hotel wouldn’t honor a discount because we booked threw Booking.con and they didn’t ask if he was a Vet.

Not worth the money. The bed was hard, they added a pet fee onto our bill when the internet said no fee. You can hear everything from the hall and the room upstairs until 2am. I liked the size of the room

Very disappointed. Will not be choosing LaQuinta again .Sorry, but not our fault . For Room 227 Not enough Regular coffee in the room - one Regular and one decaf. Lighting, especially in the bathroom for applying makeup. Even the fancy digital perimeter light didn't help. Dirty room. Candy on floor near sofa. Carpet not clean. Disappointing How the staff wouldn't accomadate an early check in so for us to stay one night cost us over $133 when with my booking membership should have only been $66 they threatened to lock us out of our room or call the cops when all they should have done was communicate correctly with the third party app booking. Com. We had to pay the price for their mistake.
