Good I asked for the receipt and the front desk said they cannot print one, since I booked thru booking.com. They said booking.com would send the receipt for the room via email. We never received the receipt from booking.com

Incorrectly charged my card 3x resulting in an additional $500 in charges and didn’t know how to fix Customer service and staff.
Poor The staff was rude. My room wasn’t cleaned. I had to call down to the front desk twice to get towels. My keycard to my room didn’t work - I always had to go back to the front desk to get it reactivated. I guess the location was good?

Will never stay here or recommend someone staying here. I switched rooms three times. 1st room I pulled back the blanket and it was hair and pubic hair on the sheets, 2nd room was hair and stain on sheet and the pillows, floor was dirty and it appeared fitted sheets had been flipped inside out as it was on the wrong side(inside out) Third room had pet hair on the chair the floor was dirty and the bed had long brown hair on sheets and had hair on the pillows.
