Poor The staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional. They LIVE in the hotel and let their kids run around like crazy. The staff cuts in line to eat when guests are trying to eat the breakfast!!! It looked nice but it wasn’t at all!

We won’t be back There was poop skids on the toilet seat. There was dirt and dust in every corner. There was something splattered on the wall above the sink that looked like blood or poop. The front desk staff were watching inappropriate movies on the lobby television that were not suitable for guests of any description. The fruit was old and over ripe. There were unsupervised kids running the hallways and slamming doors until 3am. The bed was comfortable. The coffee was good. The cost was reasonable.

Fair The ac did not work in the room nor did the telephone. There was not a floor mat fir bathing and the exhaust vents do not work in any room. The floors were filthy soon entering and remained so the data I was there. Starting in the lobby all the way to rooms. They were unable to put je in another room until the next day so I spent one night in a hot room with no air! Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Location only

Pleasant Unfriendly employee when I checked in. Iron was broke and no wifi the entire time. They did not even have an ETA on when it would be back up. I should have been told this when I checked in but had to call about tv not showing anything. Clean and great breakfast

Not pleased with accommodations on my mom's behalf. Had booked handicap accessible and 2 queens as my husband and I were traveling with my 88 y/o mother. Room was on 3rd floor with a king and a sleeper sofa. Mom had to sleep on the sofa. My husband had to go down to desk to get shower chair and linens.
