It was in a good location The breakfast was poor. There noise level was high nightly with other hotel guests and construction outside. The ease of getting around the hotel was poor.
Bad
I stayed here because I was going to a friends wedding, only used the shower then I ended up riving As soon as I walked in the entire carpet was damp. Their was spilt coffee grounds on the floor. Snd there was some type of air dehumidifier running. Clearly they had known about the carpet The only good thing I was able to use the shower

For a few dollars more the quality of the room would have been improved. I won't go back My past experiences was that when I pay $140 / night that the guests tend to be more refined not loud running in the halls. This property seemed to be a Section 8 housing facility. The access to the room was very inconvenient requiring rear entrance a LONG distance from lobby Property location was close to the City of White Plains

Non CDC compliance with covid cleaning We rented two rooms for a family member needing two surgeries in two days. The staff did NOT clean the room properly prior to us checking in. Under the pull out bed was a used wine bottle. It was in clear view when you open the couch, which means they did NOT change the sheets between customers and did not follow CDC cleaning guidelines pertaining to Covid. Very Poor Got no sleep, our room was next to back door, doors banging all night, people hanging in hall yelling,playing loud music…. We got hardly any sleep and I was having a procedure the next day at Sloan Kettering westchester Bed was comfy, shower was great, room was nice

Frustrating. Walls must be paper thin because the people in the next room were up ALL night and we could hear their conversation like they were in the room with us. We got very little sleep. Location was good.
