Disappointing I hate that the front desk called my room to remind me of check out time in the morning that made me so mad I know what time check out is and I still had 30 minutes to check out so rude will not be back and the lights in the bathroom suck Comfortable beds

<< Should be ZERO stars The first thing I noticed was this two-story hotel did not have an elevator. So I had to haul all my luggage up to the second floor. My room was dirty; extremely dusty, a stained covered comforter on my bed and a mold filled AC unit. The night I happen to stay there, I heard tornado sirens going off, panicking, I called the front desk and they have no procedure for guests what to do in case of a tornado. Fair The staff wasn’t cleaning the rooms properly and they also had children in the rooms while cleaning the rooms, children were allowed to go into the rooms while they were being cleaned by the staff and allowed to run down the hallways, saw children in the breakfast room that belonged to the staff and also in the staff laundry room, but most of all I had to switch from room to room because they were not properly cleaned, there was dod poop outside that was never cleaned up, the Booking.com site has a 12 o’clock checkout t... read more
Poor Room had a terrible odor A/C did not cool the room off and it was dirty Staff was nice
Pay the extra and get a place worth staying. There was only one washer and dryer. Had to wait 45 minutes because they were being used. Stayed on second floor and in order to get a drink or a snack had to go downstairs. Their was basically no amenities and the WiFi worked ok. Would expect better quality. There also is no elevator.
I’ve stayed at worse...a couple times. I have been in less clean places, but it has been a while. The comforter and sheets were stained. The toilet definitely hadn’t been cleaned, as the last resident had rather poor aim, and the shower still had hair in it. I only chose this place as it LaQuinta is a partner with Alaska Airlines and can earn me extra miles, but the staff had no idea what I was talking about, so now I get the extra work of submitting it all through Alaska too. Okay The door to the room didn’t close secure. I didn’t feel safe so I put something to the door. I have stayed at this property many of times but this time was not so great.
