Fair Dirty bathroom, no hot water in shower, thin walls, hall smells like pet urine and the front desk guy was negative about being so busy Close to the highway

Terrible, disaster, disgusting It was a disgusting facility, dirt caked into the air conditioner,poop on the toilet, a white substance all ove r all the furniture in the room. Then was called a liar when I should the women at the front desk the pictures and was told it was "dust".

Horrible staffing The fact the staff disclosed my name and room number to an unknown caller. Zero privacy. When I confronted the staff he admitted to disclosing my information to the caller The bed was comfy

Fair Mattresses were terrible. Shower head barely put out any water. It was clean and staff friendly. They do nor need to advertise that they have free breakfast. Not doing breakfast because of covid. Location and convenience

The staff was kind and room was okay. That the bathroom needed updating, had cracks and tape on bathtub, cracks all around wall of tub. And AC unit in room didnt work well. Comfy bed.

Not what we expected The room was very dated. We rented two rooms. Both had sheets that had blood stains, water draining on the floor from the refrigerator, musty smell upon entering room and it just felt dirty. Location
