U impressive No elevator and no mention by staff of that as I lugged in all my luggage. Unfriendly and unhealful desk staff. Continental breakfast quite weak. location was easy to get to

Neverrrr again Not clean Killed 3 bugs in my room less then a hour of being there That I received my money back
1st and Lat trip to LaQuinta in Terrell Tx !!!!! Room smelled awful, Commode seat and handle was broke, outside security door would not lock. Breakfast did not meet other Laquita breakfast expectations. Location.

Unsure about staying again Housekeeping came in while hone for a couple if hours,we already had trash outside by the door. They removed the extra key we left in the room along with our bottle of wine left by the tv, toilet stopped up Cleanliness

Gross! We had to get out of there! Had high hopes based off of Booking.com reviews, but this place was disgusting. We left early because it was just disgusting. The smell as soon as you enter the building was similar to a bathroom cleaning scent that is trying to cover up the actual stink. The smell of our room was much worse! Every time we re-entered our room, it was just horrible....almost as if they needed to remove the carpet. Another reason for why it smiled so bad could be because it was "pet friendly" room. Disappointing We did not get daily room cleaning as house keeping started at 8:00 am so by 9:00 they were at our room and skipped us, pool area was not very well kept along with pool was dirty(trash from residents that seem to be long term guests

Other than the no breakfast, we had a great stay! No breakfast! The breakfast was gone to fast so yall might need to work on that, and it always smells the same when we all come like you put down carpet fresh onto the floor!
