nice to be gone no elevator; animals allowed, and barked, made noise thru the night; room was old, fixtures old; breakfast was not really a real breakfast, instant packages of oatmeal, cereal, watered down oj; not much but the staff when we checked in; helped with carrying our bags upstairs
Do not stay here!!! We made reservations in January for our sons wedding. I called several weeks early confirming we would be arriving late and was told that would not be a problem. When we arrived the clerk appeared startled and unsure of where to put us. He initially gave us two rooms together on the 2nd floor, then changed one room to the 1st floor because the a/c was not working in one of the rooms. This put my 77 y/o mother separate from us. Nope, never again. Bed was very uncomfortable and worn out. No elevator to get on second floor. Coffee in room was terrible. No shampoo or lotion in the bathroom. When we opened the door to the room it smelled like it had been closed up for months. A layer of lent and dust was all over the ac/heater vent.
Do your own room maintenance. The toilet would not flush. The manager said that we would have to live with it until maintenance came in the next day. He offered a plunger so we could unplug it ourselves. When we asked him to use the plunger, he said he did not do that. We would never stay there again.
Very unsatisfied Not worth the money. Very disappointed in what they called breakfast. When we arrived we were told there was not elevator and they wanted to put us on second floor. Would never stay there again.
