I’ve stayed at worse...a couple times. I have been in less clean places, but it has been a while. The comforter and sheets were stained. The toilet definitely hadn’t been cleaned, as the last resident had rather poor aim, and the shower still had hair in it. I only chose this place as it LaQuinta is a partner with Alaska Airlines and can earn me extra miles, but the staff had no idea what I was talking about, so now I get the extra work of submitting it all through Alaska too. Okay The door to the room didn’t close secure. I didn’t feel safe so I put something to the door. I have stayed at this property many of times but this time was not so great.
Good Rooms smelled of mildew Location
I would not want to stay long term. I do think for a pet hotel it is ok. It does have a smell to it. Rooms are small. It is a old hotel For being a pet hotel it was fairly clean. Staff is friendly!
Not the worst and not the best Everything felt damp in room and room smelled moldy when air was running. Could also see mold on walls and ceiling in bathroom. Had to by air freshener to make it bareable. Bed was comfortable
I wasnt happy with service Big bed cold room . Will get there late friday front desk was very nice. Sat me and my husband left the room so the cleaning people could clean we were gone all day came back to a dirt room no one clean it no towels no soap i was not happy . And when i left i told the front desk he said no problem we will have it clean for you .I saw him tell the maid not happy at all.
Disappointing
Cigarette burns galore for a no smoking facility Parking lot was too small, Cigarette burns throughout the room, A/C unit hasnt been cleaned in a long time And selection for breakfast was next to nothing. Great location
It was ok Bathroom, bathtub had a large crack on it and tub was brown Spacious
