Fair No breakfast or daily housekeeper due to Covid. Budha in entryway not good. Desk clerks busy doing personal things and poor customer service. Hallway, entey felt dirty. Hated having smokers sitting at exterior of entry smoking.

Very Poor
Won’t stay again. To high price for the lack of quality Rooms stunk bad. Hot tub was disgusting. Pool was ok. Front desk person was extremely rude. Bed was small but comfortable

Poor first room my grand daughter fell on wet floors leak some where that your desk person could not find in the rest room, next room my grand daughter comes yelling to me because some trying to get in our room while she was in the bathroom at midnight, so keep me up think who else would be trying get in. did not eat there

Fair There was a mildew smell in our room, the bathroom floor did not look clean at all, the sheets didnt smell fresh. The convince was very nice.

Bad Customer service I reserved a king size bedroom and then they canceled my reservation at 2 am and when I showed up the gave me a 2 beds room. So what was the point of the reservations if they will give you whatever they want. Nothing
