Very disappointed. My rooms had a window that would not close completely, and it was raining during my trip and the window leaked the entire time. The bathroom had some cosmetic damage under the sink. And the room had a damp, moldy smell. The staff was very friendly.

Staff RUDE! The carpet in the rooms was nasty, the AC unit made the room humid, the water coming out of the faucets smelled like moth balls, the cream cheese for breakfast was clabbered, the front desk said we weren’t allowed to purchase anything on the pay per view channels yet they clearly showed we could on the tv, never any clean towels always had to wait and then go get them myself and after staying for a week the front desk guy was rude when I asked to have late checkout (noon) but said okay and if we were late he woul... read more

Fair Breakfast was wretched! Waffles, muffins, and cereal? What kind of "hot" breakfast is that? Clean comfy beds. Staff was helpful.

Terrell LaQuinta does not measure up compared with other La Quinta motels. This facility was subpar in comparison to other La Quintas I have patronized; therefore did not meet my expectations. The desk clerk was no more than adequate to complete check-in. Detailing in bathroom needs maintenance. Recommend separate wiring for exhaust fan and the light in bathroom. Disappointing Pot smoking outside near entrance. It was a noisy room I could hear everything my neighbors were doing. The bathroom light didn’t work. The light flickered like a horror movie which made putting my contacts in hard. Location off the highway. Staff was nice.

Nice staff, not much else Room wasn’t clean. It had clean sheets (as far as I could tell). The side table was covered in dust so I would say it hasn’t been cleaned in a while. Found some old cookies in a drawer. No conditioner for hair. (They didn’t have the right label(?)) Breakfast left A LOT to be desired. It was just ok. I would not go again but it was cheap. Staff was very nice.
