what a great stay! friendly helpful staff room very clean
No Elevator! I traveled with two professional colleagues who are older women. The hotel had no elevator. Having to carrying bags and purchases to the 2nd floor rooms was very difficult and dangerous for our group. Had we known in advance there was no elevator we would not have booked this hotel. The location to Canton Trade days market and the interstate from Dallas were the greatest positives for this hotel.

Very Good Had a great time minus the drunk teenagers running and drinking alcohol where we couldn't enjoy the pool or go to the ice maker and the building wasn't locked at night so security was lacking
Excellent time Great bed
It was a place to sleep Computers were down - I ended up going to bookings. Com in order to get a room. I was exhausted not wanting to travel further to find another hotel. I have stayed in a spark in another state and it was very nice. I guess my expectations were higher Very small area 3 people in area and you had to scoot for them to go by. Breakfast items also did not add value in this particular Spark.

Eh No elevator or ADA rooms. Refused to accommodate my disability and made me climb stairs while being physically disabled It was close to the interstate and the venue where our family was gathering
