Poor No elevator, the room looked like it had snot everywhere Staff was nice

You need new fully awake staff that can assist with check in He told me I had to wait at first for new person coming but Staff upon check in and had to change rooms the first room 125 had bad smell but then room 122 the TV never worked but could not wake up the desk guy to get help still sleeping at 7:30 pm Clean bedding and floors

Never staying here again. The staff were very rude when we arrived and I told the lady I needed an extra day the night we checked in. She said she would help me and that she changed it. The day before our last day the manager said it was time for us to check out and that the date was never changed. I explained to him what the lady told us and then when she came out she said we never paid for it and that we never told her about extending our stay. I was placed in a handicap room I didn’t ask for and the quality of the door to the room was outright nasty, first it was the door to the room didn’t have a weather seal that worked right ,for the value the room was too small the parking lot had plenty of space
