The day manager had me check out of my extended stay on bookings.com and made me sit in the lobby with no answers but “3 It’s fine Property was expected

Would not stay at this location again :( I don’t like leaving reviews like this, but I wouldn’t recommend it. Staff/Manager was incredibly rude. Facilities were not clean. Location - 10 minute drive to long branch beach. Close to shopping/food. 16-20 minute drive to Asbury park/beach. Quiet
Stressful We had a contentious three-night stay. Explanation: On her night, my daughter decided to join us and brought the dog. When she arrived, we went to register the dog. I was informed that instead of paying $25, I would pay $284 because I hadn't registered the first night. My daughter decided to join us only the second night. Worst stay ever. Should be shut down. Hot tub was not heated! No towels in pool area. Sign was altered to 1 year old and under needing supervision allowing young children unsupervised in pool.Dirty rusted chairs. Broken toilet seat, poor flushing mechanism. Worn , ripped carpet. Dingy yellowed sheets with old hard pillows. Phone had no cord and could not be used( were told they were all like that)WiFi was unstable. If we were staying more than one night I would have asked for another room The room smelled like mildew when we walked in. There was sand in the bed and in the morning we realized the air conditioning was leaking and the carpet was soaked The location was perfect for what we needed. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was nice
Bad There is nothing that a human can like at this place and it smells really bad. The pool was not working and it was all problems right from the beginning. So if you are out there do not go here. Just simply nothing. All the staff is rude and they treat the clients without respect. It just an disaster completely. The pool does not work and etc.....
