Horrible stay for us to travel 3 hours away from home for a basketball tournament. I did not like this location at all. Staff was very rude and while I was trying to explain my issue Joanna decided to answer her cell phone and have me wait while having a 2 min conversation on the phone. The two rooms I booked was not meet to what I paid for. Put me on the second floor when I told them at check that my niece is in a wheelchair too many stairs that we had to carry her and the wheelchair up. Claims that they were fully booked. ... read more
Bad Fire alarm went off at 5am because someone pulled it i had my disabled father with me and had to sit in the lobby for an hour you should compensate guest for the inconvenience
Poor Room was dirty when I checked in, food and garbage on the floor. Bed had a railing sticking out under the bed, hit my foot on it badly Breakfast was not the best

Very Poor How they charged my card for a late check out and I left before the time once I let the lady know she told me to dispute it with my bank very unprofessional I will never go there again Honestly the room wasn't bad
The location worked and we got a good night's sleep. Dreary. Messy on entering, sterile, institutional. Shower didn't work - was given another room key for morning shower. Ugly breakfast room. Weak, watery coffee. Only white bread to toast. The bedroom was very clean. Comfortable king bed. Lots of pilliws. Working TV, temperature, iron, coffee & fridge. Very fresh scramvled eggs for breakfast. Good yogurt. Nice staff.
The room is not cleaning, smell bad on everything, bad breakfast, nothing good on this hotel. Everything Nothing
