Good property but rude check in As stated. For the most part, the stay was good. The building is in good shape and is clean. The biggest gripe would be at check in, when the clerk was this weird guy that mumbled everything and was rude. He would mumble and I asked him to repeat himself but he continued to mumble time after time…you would think he would catch on after the first time that he needed to speak up. You get what you pay for. I won’t stay here again. My room was at the end of the hotel and there was no re entry because the card access devise was broken. The cost was not expensive.
see above Absolutely was lied to by staff regarding our bill. When I checked in, I was very clear that I wanted to reserve the room for UP TO 6 nights. I was also very clear that my wife was not healthy (atypical parkinsonism and supra nuclear palsy) expected remaining time 2 yrs. She has a very weak immune system and we knew if she started coughing, which she did Tues AM, that if we could not get on top of it we would need to get her back to Texas Wed before infection could set in. Worst stay I have experienced! the competit for 13 years we stay 4 locations annually and this has been the worse place There were roaches! The bathroom was so small and the door was so close to the shower/sink that when I slipped I seriously injured my hand. There were several moldy grout areas in the shower! We did not stay. We did not feel safe at this hotel. Very questionable people were hanging around the hotel. In the parking lot flit and the lobby. We didn’t feel safe at this hotel. We booked another hotel down the road. We did not stay the night and could not get our money back. Not much.
