Very disappointed and unpleasant. The sheets and pillowcases were not clean and the coffeemaker in the room was dirty and dusty And there was no pool I asked at the front desk they said the pool has been under maintenance for a long time. The breakfast was awful, very cheap food like only white bread

Ruined in the beginning Reception desk assistant didn’t want to check me in as my real id name differs from my booking.com name by 2 symbols (I used short name not full name). After 12 years of using booking. Com its a first time I encounter this problem. We were so tired but he was stubborn to not check us in. Luckily bookingcom support was very helpful and in 20 min they resolved the issue. Mattress was comfortable.

Dirty and unpleasant The staff was not helpful at all, the room smelled funny when we walked in, come to find out there’s what seems like chunks of throw up all up the side of the bed and all over the floor. We asked to speak to a manager and of course the manager was no where to be found and wont be back until after our stay. We asked for at least a discount or refund for the inconvenience and got vague communication in response. N/A

Will not be returning. Do not recommend. I slipped and fell on spilled liquid while getting breakfast and asked the man at the front desk to mop it up before someone else falls. Not only did he ignore my request while walking past it multiple times but when I was done eating I went up to the front desk to ask why he didn’t clean it and he told me “that’s not my job” I replied with “you do realize you can get sued for something like that right?” And his response was “ok sue.”
Disappointing Everything needs refreshing. TV and stationary cycle in fitness center didn't work. Printer in business center didn't work. Pool closed by health department. Breakfast below average for similar chain hotels. Good staff. Room AC and TV worked well. Comfortable bed and pillows.
