Good value. Would stay there again. The air conditioner is a floor unit that's pretty close to the bed, so at times the cold air was bothersome while sleeping. The breakfast was adequate but could be improved. It was very good value. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Nice to have the fridge and microwave.
overall not a bad value The jacuzzi closed early (9pm) and it seemed a bit slimy. Water was tepid for a hot tub. Comfortable bed. Clean.
Pleasant The desk chair was not clean. There was dried liquid makeup and what looked like dried toothpaste splattered on it. Had to wipe down myself. Location, comfort & fairly clean
Good The building could have used used some work. The breakfast was ok, but was the same everyday. Some variety would have been nice. Also, being on vacation I wanted to sleep in, but if I did I would have missed breakfast. Wished it was open longer. Even when the food area was filled, the staff promptly started cleaning things up. Never book this hotel and will never use booking when I called both blew me off booking said see desk front desk said ca The power went out 4 or 5 times not the hotel’s fault but the employee I encountered this morning wanted to debate the duration. I’m a disabled vet I use a machine to sleep so 10 sec 10 mins doesn’t matter I paid $415.00 to sleep with power Also we found bed bug said employee didn’t have an answer for that I have pics and video proof share with front desk no answer no apology told me he was trying to help ... read more
Worst room ever!!! This site was not anything like Booking.com advertised. It was disappointing from start to finish. The check in went ok until they told us that we would have to go up the elevator with baggage cart and then transfer our luggage to another cart after we crossed the hallway to another set of stairs that we had to go down to get to our room. should have partially refunded us for lack of internet no internet had to call twice to complain mold in bathroom nice front desk but should not have given us a room with no cellular or wifi access close proximity to Monmouth Springsteen center
