1st time at a LaQuinta, but won't be back. No one at front desk, we sat outside in our car. A couple from Germany had been sitting in lobby for 3 hours waiting to check in at 3 pm. so they didn't have to pay $15 to check in early. Hallway carpet was dirty. Bad
Bad stayed at La Quinta Inn – West Long Branch with my family from July 19 to July 21, 2025, hoping for a peaceful weekend getaway with my children. Unfortunately, the experience turned into something emotionally upsetting that I will not forget. The room we were given (217) was far smaller than what was shown in the booking photos and completely unsuitable for four people. Horrible I will never recommend this place not even to my worst enemy The place was very old looking the tv nor the phone worked I liked nothing about this place. They accused me of smoking when I can’t due to health issues and kept my money. The staff is rude and nothing works in there I hated this place

This was the one experience I would not recommend for anyone unless you are extremely desperate and must spend a night u Poor customer service. Lack of basic necessities provided by every hotel in the planet. They would claim that they ran out of towels and wash clothes so you can’t have any. Korytarze bardzo ciemne odczucie jakby się było w bunkrze. Brak możliwości dojechania wózkiem z bagażami bezpośrednio z auta do pokoju. Jest winda na piętro a zaraz za nią schody w dół.
