One of the worst budget hotels I’ve ever stayed in Not enough towels for 3 guests (only had 2 sets in the room) and when we asked for additional, staff told us that because the hotel was fully booked there were no additional towels available. One of the towels that was in the room was so stained it looked like it had been used to wash a pet or something. There was a wet, sticky spot on the carpet in the room. It was far too expensive for such a subpar service and quality of facility. Would never stay there again.
Disappointing
wasted time, never again, was so bad i didn’t take any pictures The staff. Okay so i booked this room online and did the early check in and everything. took a picture of my id everything was fine. So i make the hour drive and i get there and the guy was telling me i need to be 21 to check in, so he said get someone who is 21 and he’ll help me change the name. so i get someone who is over 21 to come out and now he tells her to ask me what he said to do and he didn’t know the managers phone number or anything. so we called the... read more

the hotel; website as well as booking.com website does state that the check-in age is 21+ . if the room and services was that bad as you stated why stay at the property? the cops didn't force the staff to check you in, you were check in because the reservation was switched to your mother's name. Lastly the staff is at no obligation to give out the managers personal number, if you need to contact the manager you can call the hotel directly or send an email.
Spend an extra $10 at the Holiday Inn Express across the street. Television had one channel and wouldn't let me change to another one. It was also a 15 inch t.v. Breakfast was awful -- at 8:15 all eggs were eaten with no new, fresh dishes coming back out. Breakfast area dirty. Short staffed. Entrance was worn and dirty. Carpet looked thirty years old. Bad. Not enough towels in room and when asked for more they wouldn’t bring until we used what we had. Breakfast was bad… waffle machine was broken and basically only other option of cereal. Close to beach.
Terrible The staff was rude and I was mistakenly double charged for the room and they would not help fix Location
