I was also very clear that my wife was not healthy (atypical parkinsonism and supra nuclear palsy) expected remaining time 2 yrs. Worst stay I have experienced! the competit for 13 years we stay 4 locations annually and this has been the worse place There were roaches! The bathroom was so small and the door was so close to the shower/sink that when I slipped I seriously injured my hand. There were several moldy grout areas in the shower! We did not stay. We did not feel safe at this hotel. Very questionable people were hanging around the hotel. In the parking lot flit and the lobby. We didn’t feel safe at this hotel. We booked another hotel down the road. We did not stay the night and could not get our money back. Not much.

1st time at a LaQuinta, but won't be back. No one at front desk, we sat outside in our car. A couple from Germany had been sitting in lobby for 3 hours waiting to check in at 3 pm. so they didn't have to pay $15 to check in early. Hallway carpet was dirty.
