Very Poor
Overpriced motel. The hotel was expensive, it smelled awfully, and the breakfast was a joke. The bed was fine.
Exhausting mini-vacay. No sleep! As a Wynd property, I would expect better. I have been coming here for years and I have seen very little upgrades. The pool was closed and this is the second year in a row that it was not advertised at booking. I.love animals and have 2 fur baby's. This hotel must have a lower rate than others for pets so there were many. The room across and one next door had dogs but owners left them. They barked all night. Not Good! Stay at the Holiday Inn or Radison We left a bag in the room. We called and returned to the hotel that afternoon. Thru claimed there was nothing in the room. It had all my daughter’s medical prescriptions, retainer, face lotions, and make up. They are adamant it was not there. We definitely left it there. Poor The place was filthy. There was hair and dirt everywhere. The TV was from 1956. The covers were thin and cheap, noisy, and really dirty Not much
DON’T BOTHER! PAY UP AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! We requested the first floor due to having a puppy that needs to go out frequently. The whole hallway wreaked of marijuana. LOUD inappropriate arguments coming from a nearby room, tons of shady people coming and going and hanging around the back of the building. We did not feel safe at night. The room was pitiful, peeling sheet rock, dirty knobs and doors-we used napkins to open the cabinet where the refrigerator was, peeling paint, tv wasn’t working properly. Bad I stay one day and my card two times price
Don’t expect Service sleep and go Breakfast until 9 AM and everything empty at 8:30 but waffles dough… no luggage room(never seen this in a hotel before) and all options for early check-in or late check out I only existing in the app, but will not be great on. The hotel is OK but the flexibility and management is taking it to a minimum. I’ve booked using booking and my final invoice has the wrong address. Don’t expect any service. Central Location easy parking
