Hotel okY. Staff training is needed and fix the pool! I picked this hotel for the indoor pool and how it looked in its pictures. The room was as show, but the pool was shut down. That should be listed on any website selling room stays. The next thing was on the day after I got here, it stormed, and we slept in. We put the do not disturb sign on the door. Fair Shady parking lot Clean
Fair The concierge was awfully rude and unhelpful. I had an all-day commitment in town and would not be able to physically check in until 11 pm to midnight, but he would not let me store my luggage at the hotel. When I said I would be back late, he asked for a specific time ("12:01 or 12:05 am?"), then shrugged dismissively at anything I said. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. On a minor note, the pool was closed. The room was clean.

Terrible and would never stay there again Got there sign said call for assistance. 3 in the afternoon. A couple of minutes after call asked to check if my Wyndham rewards was in and the young man couldn’t help me and offered no solution. When we checked out we complained-roaches in both rooms, no shower in one and when asked for repair they said maintenance would be there in 5 minutes but after waiting 15 minutes decided to get dressed because I couldn’t miss my appointment. "OK" Manager's attitude!!! the address is confusing. then, when we expressed our feelings (after driving almost one hour trying to find the place), the manager has an attitude. The place is general is "OK" (old place with basic services and cleanness)

Overpriced motel. The hotel was expensive, it smelled awfully, and the breakfast was a joke. The bed was fine.
