Way overpriced for the quality. Would never stay there again. The toilet kept draining very slowly, even when not using toilet paper. Right away, the front desk guy had to come with a plunger. Cockroach on the ceiling. TV didn't work properly. Phone didn't work so I couldn't call the front desk. Proximity to Monmouth Park.

Overall it was an ok stay, but the clientele was a bit sketchy. The bathroom tub was chipped and it looked dirty. They used stained bathroom towels. The blow dryer did not work. The location

Poor The telephone in the room didn't work at all. The television was old and of poor quality (the picture was completely discolored) There was one bed that had markings on the pillow cases.

I think the clerk at the front desk was very rude to be and my guest and I didn’t like it so please send me my money bac Nothing cause I didn’t use it Nothing cause I didn’t stay inside the la Quinta inn by Wyndham West Long Branch the front desk clerk was beyond disrespectful and took my money and made me sign a waiver with adding more money to what was say and I didn’t organize any transactions from my card he took my id card and debit card and I noticed he tapped my card and telling me I have to pay $150 for the search ch... read more

You book through booking.com which states that there is a $250 deposit required at check-in, this information is on every third-party website. The hotel's website also states that there is a $150 security deposit required at check-in. There was no miscommunication nor was the FD staff disrespectful.
