Worst room ever!!! This site was not anything like Booking.com advertised. It was disappointing from start to finish. The check in went ok until they told us that we would have to go up the elevator with baggage cart and then transfer our luggage to another cart after we crossed the hallway to another set of stairs that we had to go down to get to our room. should have partially refunded us for lack of internet no internet had to call twice to complain mold in bathroom nice front desk but should not have given us a room with no cellular or wifi access close proximity to Monmouth Springsteen center

Absolutely horrible, never again. My list could go on for days. They pretty much told me they don’t have any housekeeping so I am mortified to know what the hell I slept on. If I had any other option, I would take it. I actually considered sleeping in the car because I knew that was clea. Nothing
Just OK guest had 2 dogs outside while we exited and scared us to death by coming at us at we proceeded out the door. frightening and she was very hostile towards us for even saying and defending our reactions. do not like pet friendly and i did not have a hair dryer in the room, reported it to the cleaning staff but they never brought one to me close to the track was all that we liked. the rooms were clean and the shower head was good

Blah. We stayed 5 nights and not once did we get towels, wash cloths or trash removal without getting it for our selves from the front desk. We had a phone and microwave in the room that did not work. We saw many cockroaches and could smell the neighbors cat box. The night staff was always felt like they were inconvenienced. Disappointing for sure. At least I had 5 great beach days. I liked that you needed to have key access to get in and out at all points of the hotel. The pool was a nice bonus but was very dirty.
