Very good price, bad service, not friendly staff. Did not have TV. See above for dislikes The location for my visit. The TV is good to have for entertainment, ours didn't work at All. Good wi fi.
I request a full refund. We were forced to leave immediately due to the harassment from one of your male guests while he videotaped my children and I in the pool area. There was no manager on duty. The police were called on your male guest and you did nothing to keep your other guests safe including my children and myself. We were forced to leave and end our vacation with family much earlier than anticipated. This place was close to city and a comfortable bed but no haoytality not attention to details ie sad breakfast, unclean Unfriendly check in evening staff. Stairs to second floor. Dirty laundry pillows and towels. Poor bathroom maintenance and cleanliness. Quiet room, room temp fine. Comfortable bed. Conveniently located for my visit

Fair The manager should be replaced. So rude, so impatient, and mistreated me Most of the staff was really nice and kind, but I was really mistreated by the manager, so RUDE, never been treated like this in an accomodation before.
Bad The service from the guy at the front desk.. I told him my A/C was making a loud noise when I checked in my room, he came in the room said " that is loud but that's the way they all sound" which I knew was nonsense..asked him to show me they all sound that way by showing me another room so i can hear it and he walked off from me..
