Disappointed visitor We were lost and called for directions or guidance and got wrong information. Many facilities in the room were just broken or not working. No other room available at the time. Not what I'm used to from LaQuinta. The one in Mt Laurel was immaculate. Parking was available
Despicable Fraud They wanted an extra 150 deposit or we couldn't stay . I didn't pay it and never did stay there.

Decepcionante No tenían personal, lo poco que tenían no hablaba español y no tenía predisposición para nada, el tv no era smart, el desayuno era muy pobre, comenzaba a las 7,40 y terminaba a las 9, orrible, todo mal, mala atención, pocs limpieza y poca predisposición del personal. Lamentable Nada

No wifi internet. I could not work. Seemed unclean. Had odor Hello. I made a reservation for my son at La Quinta in West Long Branch, NJ. Brien Dougherty. He reported that hotel had no internet and he couldn’t work and will lose his job. Place seemed unclean and there was odor too. He checked out early and we request a full refund. Guy at front desk told Brien to contact Booking.com for refund. Brien needed place as tree hit & storm knocked out internet and electric . 908 489 5544. Rosemary Dougherty Location
Never book this hotel and will never use booking when I called both blew me off booking said see desk front desk said ca The power went out 4 or 5 times not the hotel’s fault but the employee I encountered this morning wanted to debate the duration. I’m a disabled vet I use a machine to sleep so 10 sec 10 mins doesn’t matter I paid $415.00 to sleep with power Also we found bed bug said employee didn’t have an answer for that I have pics and video proof share with front desk no answer no apology told me he was trying to help ... read more
