How were you robbed by the hotel? the deposit is posted on the hotels website as well as booking.com website. We can also post 3 please where you acknowledge the deposit and that it can take 1-14 days to be release depending on the card company/bank. You also spoke little to no English which made it harder to properly communicate with you.
Bad Disrespectful Staff and Managers Hotel was ridiculous this staff said we were smoking in our room and we weren’t smoking at all.He started to curse at us and yell at us.He was super rude.Manager was also rude.

the only employee who really treats you well is the duster who cleans your room I found and was bitten by a bed bug I killed 4 cockroaches in the room, I stayed here for 2 nights (which I had already paid for and couldn't get a refund) all reception workers are extremely rude.
Disappointing Most of the food was frozen and heat… It was was not very pleasing..
