This property could be a much better rating if management paid attention to detail. I cannot understand how dirty towels Dirty towels - looked like a car was cleaned with it. I had to ask for a new set of towels. A/C unit made noise the entire time. Did not restock breakfast items, had to tell front desk twice. The location and comfortable bed. A/C unit was cold.

Booking.com does state that there is a deposit upon check-in. When checking into a new reservation you have to pay another deposit as deposit are not transferable. Hotel has no control over that. You were also informed that that card company can take 1-14 days to release the funds back to you, hotel has no control as it is the card company policy
