Old and gloomy Room is old and gloomy, hot tub/pool was smaller than advertised, hot tub was not hot. Towels were dirty. There was a dead bug in the bathroom. Tv was small. Space of room was comfortable

I've stayed at other laquintas. This one disappointing Room had odor of pot smoke. Was recent .desk clerk was not helpfull. Said he knew it and nothing he could do about it. Had no other rooms. Not a friendly guy. Good
I won’t be back the staff were not that concerned about getting us checked in and making sure that everything was in good order. I couldn’t even get an extra cup of coffee. not much
less than acceptable. Rating 4-5 based on cleanliness of linens, bedding, AC. Dingy is the word. Mold in shower, bath towels old, stained worst was bed. The mattress pad/sheet was stained in numerous places, yellowed and nail polish. Beat. We removed it as I would not sleep on it. convenient location but not very comfortable the bathroom was awkwardly laid out. we couldn’t use the sink when someone tried to open the door to come in. pillows were uncomfortable and the bedding was dingy and old there was no water or tea in the room breakfast was over by 9 am but check out wasn’t until 11. it was close to the wedding venue we attended

Terrible. will never book again Everything. it was an awful experience. Front desk David was very rude and unprofessional. Room was dusty. Breakfast was awful, leftovers. Nothing but leftover eggs and dry sausage. No housekeeping available for clean towels and David refused to provide us with any service. I had to call the main customer service and they contacted him to give us clean towels the next day. it was a terrible experience. i don’t recommend this property for anyone.
