Room is ok compared with the cost. Front desk stuff needs more training on customer service. Front desk stuff very rude. Seems like she don’t like children. Every time she sees us with the kids she was making sound like we are not welcome. Room for the price I paid.
Horrible! Chlorine in the pool room so strong it burnt my eyes and stifled my breathing and my children. Unauthorized access to my room when I was not there even after I requested no one to go in my room. Towels and rags were stained and ripped up, I paid 2k for a week of trash. Biggest regret ever! Nothing
Bad Everything
Poor No room cleaning for 3 day stay. Had to reuse towels. Carpet was wet on checkin. Keys stopped working. No coffee maker. Single little soap and single use tube of shampoo. Breakfast was cheap and awful. Every corner was cut here. Not worth $165 a night. Won't stay at la quinta again. Nothing
Disappointing
Not good First night child running up and down hall at 330 A.M screaming . I was unable to sleep. No phone next to bed to call desk. Location good. Someone needs to staff breakfast. Had to ask for utensils, etc. Mess made by waffles not cleaned up. Never told about alternate entranced . Halls very long and too far to walk. Waited 10 minutes to get printout at check out. Dave was unprofessional and did not listen to my complaint. Was rude. On check in was not told of facilities available. Extremely understaffed.
