Disappointing It didn’t come with every thing they say it did and they won’t even tell you until your checked in They bed was comefortable

Very Poor The pool wasn't working, and it was the reason why I book the hotel. The website or Booking.com website should've been updated that the pool was out of service. How close it was to Sandy Hook and Seabright

Would not be my first choice, but it did the job! Lighting was not so great in the bathroom. Between the tile and carpet the pins that held the carpet stuck out and if you walk on them it will poke into you. Also the baths do not have any grip. My child slipped and hit his head in the bath. When I reported it was told no one has had an issue and explained this is especially very dangerous for young and old people. Certain parts of the room looked modern. Breakfast was very simple. If you have a car, location is fantastic.

Terrible The falsa advertising! I booked this vacation to be near the beach so in case it rain we was able to stay in a place with a pool. When I get in the place after checking in come to find out the pool hasn’t been working for 3 months. I tried to contact the third party customer services to help me to cancel and I pay the penalty and the issue wasn’t resolved and I stood there for two days! The receptionist at the front desk was very rude and not helpful at all. The only thing I did like it wasn’t dirty!

Bad Que la nevera no sirve la piscina no está en servicio y no le informan eso a la hora de hacer el pago viajamos de lejos para pasar un rato agradable y de entrada nos resivio el recepcionista mal no quedan ganas de volver Nada realmente el recepcionista super grosero no atiende bien tus necesidades muy mal servicio al cliente

The worst stay I have ever experienced! The front desk staff was absolutely horrible! He had no etiquette. His tone was abrasive, demeaning and condescending. The room had stains on the carpet, curtains and pillowcases. The phone did not work. The washing machine did not work. So, I called the front desk for a refund. He said he could jot help it was 3rd party. Getting back to the phone- we had to use our cell phone to call the front desk as the room phone did not work. What a liability!!!
