Very Poor "Hot tub" was a Luke warm tub at best. We was booking alot and I always make a note of my husband's service animal. They claimed to never have seen it(every other hotel for past 3+ yrs has) and gave us a heads time about the service dog. Pre charged my car before seeing her ID so now im.waiting a a refund. Stuff was super rude with that situation. If I ever go back I'd only stay here as a last resort. Had a place to sleep

. Be careful Wyndham, with your name on this motel, you will develop a bad name. Towels were dirty, bedding was stained and very uncomfortable, breakfast wasn’t eaten because there was no sugar free syrup for my wife, no jams ,jellies, nor cream cheese for toasted breads, no regular creamer for coffee on occasion, and we never heard a vacuum run in 4 days. Also, I had to wipe the mold from the shower head and scrub the unknown stain in the tub. The location.
I would not stay there again trash can in room wasn’t empty, no tissues in bathroom, and very unhelpful when I tried to cancel one night due to an event’s COVID cancellation . I never got to talk to a representative; they always sent me back to booking.com . also breakfast buffet was much too crowded so we just skipped it. location convenient
Fair The cleaning staff was Incredibly loud and disrespectful in the morning. I stepped put to ask them to speak quietly as we were trying to sleep but they continued chatting loudly in the hallway... Location and price was fair.
