Mala solo por el trato de los recepcionistas. Los tres recepcionistas con los que tuve contacto son poco amigables y desagrables en su trato. Muy mal y ellos son la cara del hotel. La habitación cuenta con aire acondicionado muy ruidoso, algo de humedad y el desagüe de la ducha estana tapado.

It was okay... The check in was a nightmare, the first room smelled like cigarettes, the second room we went back and forth because the door didn't open and finally the last room the bathroom had mold in the bathtub. The quietness and the location was great ...
Fair No towels In pool area, the jacuzzi was not warm or hot, I was told breakfast till 930am I went down by 915am no breakfast, gym had no mats, the tv power was off but tv Stayed on I was told check in at 2 then they told me it was 3
Disappointing
Wanted to stay. Was refused by staff. She said no one else was there to talk to We checked the policy before coming. The front desk turned us away and lied! I want my money back. Booking.com can afford it. I did everything on my part correctly. Hotel staff needs to know policies. She marked me as a no show and wouldn't let me check in. How is that my fault? the worst hotel experience of my life. honestly it was so cheap and we paid so much for it. the nasty Indian crew made the rooms smell like BO and curry and it was so cheap. you should take this listing down. I wish I could get my money back nothing it was terrible we had to move rooms twice due to being dirty and nasty sheets with blood
