Hotel medio. Grande e seguro mas problema de ventilaçao nos quartos e barulho dos quartos vizinhos Janelas que nao abrem ou seja ventilaçao bem complicada do quarto, recepção pessima na chegada, quarto do lado barulhento, faltou varias vezes toalhas na reposição. E café da manha medio Hotel grande e seguro. Camas boas e quarto grande. Interessante ter waffles no café da manha

Will never go back. Had to pay a deposit that was never mentioned in the reservation. Catd was used to pay for the room needs updating, linens including towels etc did not even look clean. I went out and brought my own. pillows were awful. Not fluffy at all. Bathtub didn’t look clean nothing

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! RUN! We had a reservation from 4/07/23-4/10/23. The manager at the desk the morning of 4/10/23, was very rude and unprofessional. We ended up not staying at the property because of his poor customer service and the way he spoke to us, as if we were beneath him. He wouldn't even lift his head to speak to us and dismissed us as we were trying to check in. We traveled from North Carolina and were spending almost $400 and it's unacceptable to be treated that way. I will never stay at this location an... read more
