Very Poor Front desk staff during the day was not helpful and seemed like he did not want to entertain any questions or concerns. Why work in customer service if you're miserable talking with customers face to face? Carpet in the room was dirty.
Disappointing The service wasn’t good at all. The lady at the front desk was very rude; she would get annoyed when asked a question. She gave us 2 keys (cards) only one worked. Not a friendly lady. We stayed for two nights they never cleaned the room nor did we get any fresh towels. I will not be Going back! Bed was comfortable
We did not enjoy our stay at your hotel. phone didn’t work, soiled linen, not enough light in room, no elevator to our room on second floor, we had to lug our luggage up 2 flights if stairs. The black gentleman on desk at 1:45 Thursday, was rude and unprofessional. No people skills at all. Checking out this morning at 8:59 am, the same gentleman didn’t even say good morning or ask how was stay. see above La Quinta Chris front desk very rude (says we’re not going to bring you towels) No towels after asking for 2 days Shower leaky (no soap dish) Bathroom Sink doesn’t drain in 103 Tub does not drain in 133 Tv pic quality terrible in both rooms Only 1 key works for both rooms had to reprogram both several times close to beach
